TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• a 50% Deposit will confirm your booking for wedding photography
  
• Balance payable on the day of the event.
• Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery of photos after selection has been made.
• Photographer will be available from bride getting dressed till 10 o’clock at the
  reception.
• Please provide a place setting for the photographer and/if assistant comes along.
• Basic accommodation must be provided if venue is further than 100 km from
  photographers base / or if in Private Game Reserve / Kruger National Park /
  Outside of South African border.
• All original images whether on any medium belongs to the photographer. As the
  person(s) commissioning the photography I/we hereby agree that the photographer
  may publish or exhibit the photographs or enter them for competition, but not use
  them in any commercial (i.e. advertising) manner without further authorization.
• After prints have been made client may reproduce photos from the included DVD
  original files and enter it for competitions please just mention the photographer when
  photos are used or distributed to any third party.
